This month seemed to fly by! You went on a trip with mommy to Nashville where you got to meet your newest baby friends (Paige and Natalie) and see some of your "old" ones (Grace and Abby). You were the only boy among 4 baby girls and 6 mommies! Mommy had such an amazing time, and you did great...even though a mouse tried to sleep with you one night. Don't worry...mama had your back.
You went to your first baseball game, which you loved. You clapped when everyone else clapped and smiled when the winning team did something well. You also celebrated your first St. Patrick's Day...however we still had to pinch your cute little cheeks, even though you were wearing green.
You are Mr. Social, and when we're out and about, you like to wave and smile at everyone who passes by. Hmmmm, sounds like another little boy I know. Everyone loves your cute dimples and your spikey hair! I love it when you get excited because you kick your feet or start bouncing, and you always let out a huge, happy squeal/giggle. You still love to be outside, and we all have such a great time at the park. Your favorite things at the park are swinging, sliding, and climbing the stairs on the play structure. You are one busy little guy!
You and Noah are becoming better playmates, too. You love following him around and you attempt to do the things he does (which Noah just loves!) Yesterday, you and Noah had a blast playing with the water table together and then climbing on and around the little play gym outside. You may have gotten a little wet, though, when Noah decided to pour water on your head. You didn't seem to mind. It makes me smile to see you two together. Although, you may be a dare devil like your brother...oh goodness.
You have continued to grow in other ways as well. You can now walk with a walker/push toy, although you don't seem close to walking independently. Just the other day, though, you stood alone for the first time (and both mommy and daddy were able to see it)! You were holding on to a planter and just let go. It took you a little bit to realize you were standing by yourself. :) As mentioned before, you can now wave hi and bye...your "hi" is whole-handed and floppy. Your "bye" is a backward hand squeeze which is pretty cute. You can sometimes sign milk and water, although it's not consistent. We also think you say hiiiii (for hi) and ma (for more), but that could just be a frequent coincidence. Although it's not just us that hear it! :)
Just for the record, here are a few of your nicknames: Gobber Dobbers, Binks (from Stinker Binkers), Gabers, Pedro...also for the record, we apologize. :)
You are a delight to be around, and we love you so very much!!

11 months!!! Whoa, I just read the 10 month post and now I really can't believe Gabe is that old already! Hard to believe he'll be one in less than a month!
